We had another shipwrecked turkey for the festive meal this afternoon. It was super moist and not overly salty. All the trimmings were wonderful too. But to be honest, I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
I love day-after turkey sandwiches! Just a good, cold refreshing lunch. Perhaps with an apple and a slice of pie. Can't wait!
