We Played Tug-o-war...And I Was The Rope

Something strange got into me today and I insisted Marissa help me with it. I'm not sure exactly what inspired this but I wanted to do it, so do it I did.

I added blond highlights to my hair. And since Marissa is the resident expert on all things fashion (including hair), I got her to help me. She insisted on taking pictures of each step in the process but I put my foot down about the rinse-and-condition step.

The funny part about all this was that as Marissa was pulling my hair through the cap, Aidan, while sitting in my lap (hey! that rhymes!), was pulling on my chest hair. I don't know which hurt more but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to do this again until Aidan is a bit older and can entertain himself while Mama tortures me. I can't handle torture from both.

Enjoy the pictures!

Chest hair or not, I want chestnut streaks put back in my hair. Should I make an appointment?

When did you have chestnut streaks in your hair? And since this has become so suddenly popular, the charge for this service is $60.00. Supply and demand, you know.
