At the sound booth in worship this morning, I saw a big angel kneeling and bowing with near-golden wings stretched out over the congregation. His wings formed a neat canopy over us and his wingtips almost came together.
I was reminded of the cherubim that are part of the Ark of the Covenant, but there was only one. Knowing they face each other, I looked for the other cherub and found him about 100 yards away! The Mercy Seat was the size of a football field! And there we were, right in the middle of it.
Holy Spirit then brought a word through Kay about a comforting anointing. Confirmation!!
No single person and no single person's sin and problems are too big for God's mercy! And there's room for all of us!!
